We expect you to have
- consultative mindset
- at least masters degree from an university
- 7-10 years experience in consulting change management and/or HR management in global companies
- excellent communication, teamwork and networking skills
- experience and drive to build long lasting client relationships
- drive and energy to actively participate in building new business
- fluent English and Finnish language skills (both written and spoken)
