International Assignments
There are ample opportunities for overseas assignments to network offices under various staff exchange programmes. They open up new horizons for those of you looking to broaden your outlook by living and working abroad. In addition, you may be assigned short-term secondments to associate offices in the region.
Mentor and Coaching Scheme
You will be assigned a mentor who is either a manager or partner who will be responsible for your individual development. Your mentor will provide on-going counselling and coaching throughout your career in the Firm, and share with you his technical expertise and knowledge of the Firm.
Performance and Promotion
We are committed to building the professional careers of our people. To ensure you are on track, your supervisor and/or partner will provide regular feedback on your performance in various assignments. Areas of strengths will be highlighted and further developed, but we will also work on areas that require improvement. Promotion is based strictly on merit. The time taken to progress through the different grades will depend on your ability. Opportunities for promotion to managerial or partnership level are available to all staff.
