How has the firm been, in terms of accommodating your schedule?
I think technology has played a huge part in being flexible. You're spending time on your work when you want to spend it. Typically, for me, it's in the evening after the kids go to bed, rather than being chained to a desk. I can complete whatever I need to, if I've managed it that way. I think what's difficult is to put the Blackberry down sometimes. But I attribute that to me. It's not the firm or any pressure from the firm. It's that personal desire to want to do more.
