• Transactions:

  The Transactions group offers a range of services, such as Corporate Finance & Investment Banking, Valuation and Structuring, creating and reviewing Bid Support & Information Memorandum, validating Deal Strategy, Bid Price strategization, Due Diligence & Data Room Reviews (Buy Side and Sell side - Accounting, Financial, Commercial and Market ), agreement support, negotiation support and post-deal integration and accessing Global Capital Markets—IFRS and US GAAP.

• Internal Audit Services (IAS):

  Maximize the value and effectiveness of the internal audit function by assisting organizations to improve the quality and effectiveness of their internal audit processes. It specializes in risk management methodologies, provides internal audit resourcing solutions and software support to internal audit functions for perfomance improvement.

• Technology Advisory Service (TAS):

  Is engaged in helping organizations meet their IT challenges with a wide range of technology-enabled solutions including treasury management, data management and warehousing and portals.

• Business Solutions (BS):

  Provide management and business consultancy services , such as HR consulting, eGovernance, IT Risk Management, Corporate Governance and Operations (including Logistics and Supply Chain).

• Government Reforms and Infrastructure Development (GRID):

  Provides consultancy services to governments and public sector undertakings, and offers a whole range of services from policy framework to implementation.

  
  

Includes Corporate Advisory and Restructuring (CAR) and Dispute Analysis & Investigation Services(DA&I). CAR helps banks, financial institutions and corporate entities deal with distressed debt, and recreates value through development and implementation of effective restructuring or asset sale programs. DA&I analyses and provides investigation services to parties involved in disputes and investigations, including fraud and forensic investigations.

Tax and Regulatory Services:

Provide consultancy services on matters related to compliance, transfer pricing, direct and indirect tax. They assist individuals and organizations with their business structuring, tax planning, compliance and litigation, and also delivers a wide range of business advisory services, including advice on inbound/outbound investments.
