From the moment you join us as a Graduate or a Summer Intern, your investment in your career begins. Our investment in you begins too. You want to succeed, and we want you to succeed, so we’re off to a good start. Our structured induction programme is designed to make your first career steps valuable and fun. We’ll take the mystery out of ‘life in an office’ so you feel at home and comfortable in a new environment. Alongside other Graduates and Summer Interns, you’ll get to know people and start to pick up the technical, commercial and personal skills that will kick start your career. You’ll be involved in training courses and day-to-day coaching, but you’ll also experience the best way to develop your skills through involvement in real client work in your specialist business area. You will be part of a team from day one; encouraged to share your ideas and views and play an active part in team meetings as well as team and Firm social events. Everyone can remember what it’s like to be ‘the newby’ and will help you along the way. As a Summer Intern, you’ll be looking to get all the advantages you can out of your summer with us. We’ll do all we can to make it a meaningful summer and we’ll give you ideas and feedback to help you develop. We have opportunities for Graduates and Summer Interns in three areas of our business - we call them Lines of Service. These are Advisory, Assurance and Tax.
