Are the challenges for a higher-level person coming in from the outside different?
There's obviously a much bigger challenge for that person. That person is going to be required to have a better grasp of the environment, of the industry, of the client, to be able also to supervise and teach lower level staff.
PwC brings people together in closer networks to connect them to the different areas within the practice, and to get them to be comfortable, to get them adjusted quickly. We definitely have things in place to make sure that new people who are hired are going to get adjusted to the firm pretty quickly.
