What we look for

First and foremost, you’ll need to be on track to achieving a 2:1 degree, although you may be surprised to learn that the subject area isn’t important. People with degrees in physics or history are just as likely to have the right kind of aptitude as those who have studied business, law or accountancy.

What we ask is that you can provide evidence of commercial awareness and demonstrate that you’re prepared to take ownership of projects. PwC people need to be responsible, creative and able to work well as part of a team. They also know how to build relationships with colleagues and clients.

Continual learning is very much part of the culture here. Many of our Partners started as graduates and they’re always willing to share the knowledge and experience they’ve built up during their time with us.
