What is the best format to use for my résumé?
The best format for your résumé if copy/pasting is Plain Text. Before you copy and paste your résumé, save it as Plain Text in your word processing document. Rich Text formats do not translate well once you submit your application. The option to upload your resume is also available to you as an alternative to copy and pasting.

Once you submit the Online Application form, you will receive an on-screen confirmation acknowledging that PricewaterhouseCoopers has received your application. We will also notify you if our recruiting team determines your skills and background match our current hiring needs.
The information you provide is strictly confidential and kept separate from all other employee records. Access to this information is limited and is only used for statistical purposes.
I have submitted my application, but now realize I made an error in the information I provided. What should I do?
Given that you are not required to login or create an account in order to apply, should you wish to change any information in your application, you must reapply to the job posting.
How do I update my contact information?
Given that you are not required to login or create an account in order to apply, should you wish to change any information in your application, you must reapply to the job posting.
How do I change my password? (Applicable to Agencies only)

Should you forget your password, click on Forgot Password from the Agency Login screen and a new password will be emailed to you.
Process Questions
Can I apply for more than one position at a time?
You are encouraged to apply for any and all positions for which you are qualified.
What happens to my résumé once I have applied?
If you are applying for a specific position, your résumé will be directed automatically to the PricewaterhouseCoopers recruiter responsible for filling that position. After evaluating your skills and background, the recruiter may contact you for further information or an interview. Your résumé will be maintained in the PricewaterhouseCoopers database and will be available only to our recruiting and interview teams. If your qualifications do not match the needs of the position that you have applied for, your resume will remain in the PricewaterhouseCoopers database for a six-month period. After this period, resumes will be discarded and you will be required to reapply online.
I don't see a posted opportunity that interests me. Can I submit my résumé for future opportunities?
No. General applications are no longer accepted. We encourage you to apply directly to a job posting to ensure your application is received by the appropriate recruiter.
I have received an email message from a PricewaterhouseCoopers recruiter as a result of an application I recently submitted. What is the best way to respond?
The best way to respond is to reply to the message you received. This ensures that your reply is automatically directed to the PricewaterhouseCoopers recruiter who sent the message.
I am unable to apply on-line. What should I do?
Some job posting descriptions include an alternate application method, such as a fax number or mailing address.
Why do some opportunities ask you to apply by fax or mail? Why can't I apply online?
All of our opportunities require you to apply online through PricewaterhouseCoopers.
