Selection process

1. Application

Prior the application deadline, you have to submit an online application via our Career website. Due to the high interest and volumes of applications near the deadline we encourage you to submit your application early.

    2. Interview with our HR colleague

    Based on your application you will be invited to our Headoffice to an one-on-one interview with our HR colleague. The interview will be behavioral based and will focus on your application form. This interview takes approximately 1 hour.
      3. Assessment Center

      After the successful interview you will be invited to an Assessment Center. What is Assessment Center? This is one-day selection process. The Assessment Center consists of 8-12 candidates completing team exercise, situation exercise, interviews and tests. Selection criteria include teamwork, communication, enthusiasm and manners.
