Noam Hadar is an ABAS partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Israel - Kesselman & Kesselman. In addition to the client files that he handles, Mr. Hadar is a member of the Israeli firm´s human resources commitee.
Mr. Hadar joined the Israeli firm in 1992 and became a partner in 2001. He has over 15 years experience in auditing financial statements and providing assistance and financial consulting to clients from various sectors of the Israeli economy. He specializes in accounting, taxation, M&A, offerings and financial and business advisory services for publicly traded companies in Israel and abroad, not-for-profit organizations, private companies and individuals.
Mr. Hadar has a bachelor´s degree in accounting and economics from the Tel-Aviv University and an MSC degree in finance from the City University of New York. He is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
