Meir is the partner in charge of the Jerusalem office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Israel - Kesselman & Kesselman.
Meir joined the firm in 1986 as an ordinary staff member, and over the years was consistently promoted until being appointed a partner in 1998. He has more than 20 years professional experience in the following fields:
Financial statements - Specializes in the audit of the financial statements of a variety of business concerns and not-for-profit organizations, public companies traded on stock exchanges in Israel and abroad, local authorities and private companies in a large assortment of fields.
Taxation - Expert in the various tax laws including wide knowledge of both corporate and individual taxation; represents companies and individuals in their dealings with the tax authorities.
Capital market operations - Assists during fundraising processes with regard to public offerings on stock exchanges in Israel and abroad and with regard to private offerings.
Investor services - Provides support during acquisition and merger processed, including dealing with the accounting and tax implications thereof. Assists local and foreign investors, including providing aid in their dealings with the Investment Center, the Chief Scientist and other government bodies.
Business consulting - economic-business consulting; planning, analysis and implementation processes; preparation of business plans; and valuations.
Meir has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
