Michael leads the Israeli firm’s Telecom practice. He has extensive experience in the Telecom Industry including listings of Israeli Telecoms on NASDAQ. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and complex public offerings, both in Israel and abroad.
Michael has been with PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 30 years and is concurrently engagement leader for some of the Israeli firm’s major listed clients. Michael is a member of the Israeli firm’s executive committee.
Michael graduated from Tel-Aviv University in Economics and Accounting and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel. He is a member of the Israeli Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
