Guy Preminger is a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Israel - Kesselman & Kesselman.

Mr. Preminger joined the Israeli firm in 2002 as a partner. Before joining PwC, he served as a partner and high-tech practice leader at Arthur Andersen, Israel.
He has more than 15 years experience in auditing financial statements and providing assistance and financial consulting. He specializes in accounting, taxation, M&As, offerings and financial and business advisory services for publicly traded companies in Israel and abroad and for private companies. In addition, Mr. Preminger specializes in working closely with start-ups from their earliest stage - including providing assistance in raising capital - right through to
the exit stage. Mr. Preminger has a bachelor´s degree in accounting and business from the College of Management.
Mr. Preminger is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
