Doron Sadan is a Tax Partner in the firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers Israel (Kesselman & Kesselman). Doron has over 14 years of experience in the fields of Israeli and International taxation, including three years as a member of the International Tax Group in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New York, where he provided both Israeli and international tax services to multinational corporations. Doron has extensive experience in providing international tax services to Israeli and non-Israeli multinational corporations, including planning for global structuring, inbound and outbound international acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture agreements, start-up investments, mergers and acquisitions and repatriation strategies and other global tax optimization programs.
Doron has extensive experience in advising Venture Capital Funds, Private Equity Funds and Hedge Funds, on Israeli as well as international tax matters.
As a former Tax officer with the Israeli Tax Authorities, Doron is particularly familiar with the related process and the relevant personnel in the Israeli Tax Authorities and has negotiated numerous tax rulings with the Israeli Tax Authorities regarding various Israeli tax issues.
Doron is an Israeli CPA and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A) and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
