Benny Sapirshtein, CPA, is a partner in the Technical Unit - Accounting of Kesselman & Kesselman PwC Israel.
Benny coordinates the financial segment of the Technical Unit - Accounting that, among other things, overseas the firm’s practices regarding the insurance and banking industries.
Benny joined the firm in 1994, and has extensive experience in Israeli and international accounting standards in a variety of areas and types of transactions, including the provision of ongoing consultation services in merger and acquisition transactions and stock exchange listing of both Israeli and overseas companies, with specialization in the insurance and banking industries.
Benny holds a bachelor degree in accounting and economy and an MBA degree (specialization in financing and accounting), both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and an additional masters degree (MA) in statistics actuarial studies from the University of Haifa.
