Assaf Shemer is Assurance Leader and Risk Management Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Israel - Kesselman & Kesselman. He specializes in the fields of pharmaceuticals, high-tech, publicly traded companies and public offerings in the United States and Europe.
Mr. Shemer joined the Israeli firm in 1977 and became a partner in 1984. Mr. Shemer has been involved with numerous public offerings in the United States. He has extensive experience in transaction support activities and has led many due diligence projects to assist clients in acquiring companies and businesses in Israel and abroad.
Mr. Shemer earned his MBA degree from New York University and has a bachelor´s degree in accounting and economics from Tel-Aviv University. He is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant both in Israel and the United States.
Mr. Shemer is a member of the board of the Association of Friends of Gesher Theatre.
