Liat Enzel Aviel is a Partner and leader of the Transaction Services Practice in the Tel-Aviv office of Kesselman & Kesselman, PricewaterhouseCoopers Israel.
Liat joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1997 and became a partner in July 2006.
Over the years, Liat has been involved in and undertaken numerous projects, and provided consultancy services to various investors in relation to M&A transactions, for leading technology and software public companies, as well as public international corporations. She has led many due diligence exercises to assist clients in acquiring companies and businesses in Israel, in the US and Europe including those involving multibillion dollar targets.
Liat earned her Bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from the Beer-Sheva University, a Masters degree in business management, from the Tel-Aviv University.
Liat is a certified public accountant in Israel.
