Shlomi Zehavi is a tax partner in the firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers Israel - Kesselman & Kesselman.
Shlomi has 20 years of experience in many aspects of individual and corporate direct and indirect Israeli taxation. Shlomi’s particular fields of expertise include corporate tax planning relating to Israeli tax incentive regimes, mergers and acquisitions (including tax due diligence work) and start-up investments. In addition, Shlomi has gained vast experience in ruling and assessment negotiations with the authorities. The clients that Shlomi services also include multinational and local corporations from the pharmaceutical and high-tech areas.
Shlomi lectured tax courses (including in income tax and VAT) in the Tel-Aviv University and is also a speaker in conferences and seminars. Shlomi is a member of a committee of the Israeli CPA Association.
