Oren Mohar is a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers, Israel - Kesselman & Kesselman.
Mr. Mohar joined the Israeli firm in 2002 and became a partner in July 2005. Before joining PwC, he served as a senior manager in the high-tech practice of Arthur Andersen, Israel. Over his 11 years experience in auditing financial statements of industrial and high-tech companies, he has acquired extensive experience with multinational corporations, SEC registrants and Israeli public and private companies. He specializes in accounting, taxation, M&As, offerings and financial and business advisory services. In addition, Mr. Mohar has been involved in and undertaken numerous projects, and provided consultancy services to various investors in relation to M&A transactions and private equity investments. Mr. Mohar has a bachelorīs degree in accounting and business from the College of Management.
Mr. Mohar is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
