PricewaterhouseCoopers partners Phil Carter and Greg Hall were appointed as the Voluntary Administrators for Australian Capital Reserve (ACR) during the First Meeting of Creditors on 4 June, 2007.
The appointment was made by Permanent Nominees (Aust.) Ltd, the Trustee acting on behalf of Noteholders.
On 28 June 2007 Scott Kershaw, Murray Smith, Joseph Hayes and Colin Nicol of McGrathNicol were appointed as the Voluntary Administrators of the EPG. ACR is one of 26 companies in the Estate Property Group (EPG).
Noteholders can follow the progress of administration at www.pwcrecovery.com. When you are redirected and select ACR under 'Businesses Under Administration' you will be asked to confirm that you are either a creditor or a noteholder.
