Michael Levy is an Audit partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Israel, Kesselman & Kesselman.
Mr. Levy joined the Israeli firm as a partner in 1998, from his legacy firm. He has more than 25 years of multidisciplinary experience (audit and tax), with several multinationals, including some listed on stock exchanges in the US and Israel.
Mr. Levy is a member of the Israeli Professional Consulting Board and of the Audit Standards Board of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
At PricewaterhouseCoopers Israel, He is a risk management partner responsible, inter alia, for acceptance and continuance procedures of the firm that analyze and evaluate the risks of audit clients. He is also a business conduct leader, responsible for the firm’s Code of Conduct.
Mr. Levy has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Bar Ilan University, and is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel. He has perfect knowledge of Hebrew, English and Italian and a fair knowledge of German.
He has extensive experience in transactions support activities and has led many due diligence exercises to assist clients in acquiring companies and businesses in Israel in the US and Europe including on multibillion Dollar targets.
From his experience working with multinationals operating in different industries including dealing with complex reporting issues, Mr. Levy is able to assist clients in resolving the issues faced by foreign subsidiaries in Israel and by Israeli companies operating abroad.
