Guy is the head of the Internal Audits and Sarbanes-Oxley practices of PwC Israel.
Guy has extensive experience with Internal Audit engagements with companies in a variety of industries with a focus on leading technology and software public companies.
Guy has also extensive experience in preparing companies for compliance with the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and he is closely acquainted with US GAAP and SEC regulations.
Guy received a BA degree in accounting and economics from Tel-Aviv University. Guy is a certified public accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
