Avi Noiman is a Partner in the tax department of Kesselman & Kesselman PwC Israel, and has over a decade of experience in the tax field. Over the past eight years, Avi has acted as the leading tax consultant to numerous companies traded in the United Stated and Israel.
Avi has extensive experience with the taxation regime of Israeli capital markets, and has been involved in major Israeli acquisition transactions. Avi is the tax partner of the major investment houses in Israel.Furthermore, Avi directs the marketing activities of the department, including preparation of various tax-oriented publications and professional articles in the Israeli media. Before joining PwC, Avi spent four years as a tax auditor for the Israeli Tax Authorites.Avi has acquired extensive academic teaching experience in his role as a Senior Lecturer at the Tel-Aviv College of management.
Avi holds a BA degree in Business Administration for Tel-Aviv College of Management, and an LL.B degree from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.Avi is also a member of the Institute of Certifies Public Accountants in Israel.
