Genesis Park operates an active alumni network that helps to maintain strong, ongoing professional and personal contact among its graduates. The network serves as an important resource which allows alumni then to tap into business development opportunities, request assistance on client engagements, and share best practices.
At the same time, the network acts as a "force multiplier" in that members of the network provide a positive influence on the behavior and attitudes of staff around them. By practicing daily what they learned at Genesis Park, each network member helps to demonstrate the qualities of leadership, teamwork, and intellectual curiosity to many others.
