Genisis Park's co-founder and executive director is Bethann Brault. Bethann joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1993 as a management consultant specialising in performance audits, financial analysis, and economic modeling. She also served as assistant chief of staff to the firm's chief executive. Brault holds degrees from Duke University.
Andrew Hollas is a partner with Genesis Park. Having joined the firm in the UK in 1974, he spent most of his professional life in Africa where he was Territory Senior Partner of Africa Central from 1998 to 2006. Since 1999, Andrew has also been the Global Leader of the International Development Assistance Network. Andrew joined the Genesis Park team in October 2006 and he presided over the opening of the new Genesis Park site in Berlin which he now leads.
Steve Kullback is a director with Genesis Park. He has worked for the firm in the management consulting and assurance practices and has specialised in strategy, new product introduction, performance measurement and corporate controls. Steve holds a bachelors degree in government from Wesleyan University and a masters degree in international management from the University of California, San Diego.
