Real estate market trends in Europe 2009

Tendencias del mercado inmobiliario® Europe aims to set out industry trends and forecasts and its sixth edition has been published this year. The project, which is carried out jointly by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and PricewaterhouseCoopers, provides an overview of property development and investment trends in Europe, funding and real estate capital markets, industry markets, metropolitan areas and other issues related to real estate. Tendencias del mercado inmobiliario® Europe 2009 represents an agreed vision of the future and reflects the points of view of the more than 500 people who completed the questionnaire or were interviewed as part of the investigation process conducted to complete this report.

The interviewees represent a large range of industry experts: investors, developers, real estate companies, credit institutions, brokers and consultants. ULI and PwC researchers interviewed more than 248 people and received 278 questionnaires, completed by people on behalf of the different sectors.
