Sandra Waddock

Dr. Sandra Waddock is the Galligan Chair of Strategy, Carroll School Scholar of Corporate Responsibility, and Professor of Management in the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She was a co-founder of the Leadership for the Change Program: Sustainability, Responsibility, Community at Boston College and the Initiative for Responsible Investing (now at the Hauser Center, Harvard Kennedy School).

Professor Waddock's research interests lie in the areas of macro-system change, corporate responsibility, management education, and multi-sector collaboration.

Professor Waddock has published extensively. Her most recent books include Building the Responsible Enterprise: Where Vision and Values Add Value (2012) and SEE Change: Making the Transition to a Sustainable Enterprise (2011). She has also authored over 100 articles on corporate citizenship, responsibility management systems, corporate responsibility, and management education.
