Elizabeth Cartier works in Strategic Threat Management at PwC in Washington, DC, focusing on cybersecurity strategy and forensic technology services. Previously, she worked at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York, where she engaged in foreign policy research, analysis, and member engagement, managing a wide portfolio of meetings and events.
A 2013 Gabr Fellow for East-West Dialogue, Elizabeth holds an M.A. from New York University and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
