David is an Assurance Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Technology practice and co-leads the PwC Emerging Company Services National Practice, with a focus on the East Coast technology markets. David has spent significant time over the past 22 years working with venture backed emerging growth companies. In his role he has helped tailor the PwC service experience to our emerging company clients, made up of leading venture backed high growth transformative companies. His experiences cross multiple industries including internet, e-commerce, software, SaaS, business services, and semiconductor among others.
In serving his clients David has provided a variety of services including auditing and accounting advisory with an emphasis on helping his clients face the challenges of rapid growth. He has assisted his clients on numerous transactions including public offerings, private financings, debt transactions, M&A due diligence and related purchase accounting, sale transactions including carveouts, as well as control and process assessments including Sarbanes Oxley 404 requirements.
David is a member and active participant of the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB), and currently leads the PricewaterhouseCoopers Internet Advertising study performed on behalf of the IAB, which is the leading measure of Internet Advertising spend in the United States.
David has an MBA from the University at Buffalo with a concentration in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
