Bo Parker

Bo leads the Center for Technology and Innovation (CTI). The group is widely known for its Technology Forecast publications and briefings. Each issue of the Technology Forecast covers a specific theme; recent issues have covered cloud computing, the unexpected impact of smart handheld mobile devices on enterprise innovation, and new innovation technologies.

Bo also provides in-depth consulting to companies, governments, private equity, and other stakeholders in a variety of sectors ranging from telecommunication to high technology to new Web start-ups. He has personally delivered detailed strategic, market and technology analyses of technology, communications and media companies in various stages of investment, from first-round funding to leveraged buyouts to restructuring. Most recently Bo has delivered strategic advice to the Russian government on initiatives that will promote innovation in the Russian economy and Russian enterprises. This includes testimony to the Duma (the Russian Parliament) concerning the formation of a "Russian Silicon Valley" near Moscow.
