Alan Morrison

Alan is a manager at the CTI and an issue editor of the Technology Forecast specializing in Web and non-relational data technologies. His experience includes over 20 years in various research, analyst, writing and editorial roles, including over a decade at PwC. In 2010, he was named the top innovator of the San Jose office of PwC.

Alan has consulted on a variety of IT-related client engagements and been a featured speaker at enterprise technology conferences. Most recently, he delivered the Tuesday keynote at Enterprise Data World 2010.

Before coming to PwC, Alan covered the RF semiconductor industry as an analyst for Strategies Unlimited, now a unit of PennWell. His military experience included five years as a Navy intelligence analyst, aircrewman, and Russian linguist.
