At a glance

In this March 4, 2013, State Tax Notes Special Report, Matt Mandel, Dorothy Lo, and Matthew Avellar examine the changes to California's Enterprise Zone program.

In this article, Matt Mandel, Dorothy Lo, and Matthew Avellar explore the enterprise zone changes and what taxpayers can do before the program expires.
