Chip Lightfoot is the firm’s Private Company Services practice West Region leader. Chip brings significant technical expertise, project management experience, and dedication to providing quality service to his clients. Chip serves as the lead engagement tax partner on many large private and public multi-national companies in various industries including: wholesale, retail, services, technology, entertainment, and engineering and construction.
Chip has significant experience in various tax planning and compliance, and manages complex tax provisions for his clients, including developing process improvements and controls for tax departments. His experience and skills provide the highest level of service possible. Chip coordinates with other PwC tax specialists, thereby bringing the full advantage of PwC’s extensive industry and tax knowledge to his clients.
Chip received his B.S. in Business & Accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Board Member & Vice Chairman of United Way Tocqueville Society and President of the Jonathan Club Scholarship Fund.
