Woodrow Anderson

Acting as our US pharmaceuticals IFRS champion, Woody works with SEC-listed multinational pharmaceutical and medical device clients based in California as well as US subsidiaries of foreign companies that report under IFRS. Woody has helped clients in Switzerland and Germany achieve their initial listing on the New York Stock Exchange, apply IFRS, reconcile to US GAAP, and work through challenging SEC registration matters. While on international assignment, he served as the lead assurance senior manager and then as a divisional lead partner for the world’s fifth largest pharmaceutical company.

Woody has co-authored several IFRS publications, including “Mapping the change” and “IFRS issues and solutions for the Pharmaceuticals industry: Vol. 1 & 2.”
