Will is a Principal in PwC’s Health Industries Advisory Practice, focusing on hospitals and health systems. With 18 years of consulting experience, Will has structured, planned, and led multiple enterprise transformation projects focused on aligning the people, process and technology initiatives of healthcare organizations more closely with strategy and vision. Through a combination of process improvement, systems implementation and organizational change management, Will’s clients have improved the effectiveness and efficiency of their care delivery models. Will received a B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and his M.H.A. in Finance from the University of South Florida.
