Tracy Lefteroff, national Life Sciences partner, leads services to publicly held, privately owned, and venture-capital-funded life science companies.

Tracy has helped develop strategic collaboration agreements with many of the world’s major international pharmaceutical companies and has assisted in several high-profile industry mergers. He also has co-authored the firm’s Practice Standards and Aids for the Life Sciences Industry and has published numerous external articles.

Tracy works from the San Jose and Menlo Park, California, offices. He serves on the boards of directors of the Stanford Venture Laboratory and the California Healthcare Institute.
