Robert M. Valletta

Bob Valletta leads the US Healthcare Provider Practice, and serves as one of the firm’s top national technical consultants in the healthcare sector. He is recognized as a thought leader for accounting and financial reporting matters impacting the healthcare industry. Bob works with hospitals, academic medical centers, managed care organizations, physician group practices, physician management companies, senior living organizations and other ancillary healthcare services providers. His experience includes audits, feasibility studies, merger and acquisition projects, financial planning engagements, reimbursement enhancement projects, internal control reviews including Section 404 preparedness and compliance, and internal audit projects.

Bob received a Bachelor of Arts from Siena College and is a graduate of the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he is a member and past chair of the Hospital Committee, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
