Robert Dondero

Bob Dondero has spent nearly 30 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and his long and distinguished career has been dedicated exclusively to the healthcare industry. Bob currently oversees all sectors of the Health Industries Advisory practice, working with leadership across the entire health spectrum including hospitals, physician groups, government and private insurers, pharmaceutical and life sciences companies to create collaborative opportunities between the public and private sectors and drive transformation of the nation’s health system. Bob has served on the PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Leadership Team and as Operations Leader for Health Industries. During his tenure, he has counseled health organizations and boards of directors relating to complex healthcare financial transactions, provided guidance on operations improvement, financial audit, and conducted due-diligence reviews to some of the nation’s largest hospitals and health systems.
