Nancy C. Vesey is a Director in the Healthcare Advisory Practice. She has over 20 years of experience in both clinical and business operations in the healthcare industry. Nancy specializes in working with hospitals and health systems to ensure that strategic, operational and financial considerations are integrated. Nancy has extensive experience managing large performance improvement engagements focusing on improved performance for revenue and expense with both community based providers and academic medical centers. Nancy also specializes in mergers and acquisitions including developing joint business arrangements, governance structure, due diligence and integration planning and implementation. Nancy received her BSN from Widener University and her MHA from Duke University.
