Karla is a Partner within the PwC's Advisory Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Practice. She has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has a clinical background, broad health care system knowledge and significant experience in Sales and Marketing Management. She brings to her clients a deep understanding of the life sciences and healthcare industry with a specific focus on market factors impacting demand, access and relative value as well as implementation of new models to address the changing marketplace and the use of healthcare data.

Karla leads a team of functional and technical consultants that focus on Commercial Operations within the industry with a specific focus on Customer Interaction Management, Aggregate Spend, Managed Markets, Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS), Digital Marketing and Social Media and Commercial Operations Business Intelligence.
