Jason Pett

Jason Pett is a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and leads the firm’s east region Internal Audit Services Practice. He has extensive industry experience, providing internal audit, external audit, Section 404, Model Audit Rule (MAR), SAS 70 and ERM related services to various public and private healthcare clients, both healthcare providers and payers. Jason has assisted organizations in the design of start-up internal audit functions as well as worked with companies to co-source existing internal audit functions. He serves as one of PwC’s Sarbanes-Oxley, MAR and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) experts and is currently assisting several healthcare clients with their efforts in these areas.

Jason received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Loyola College. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Maryland.
