Jackie Mazoway

Jackie Mazoway is a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Healthcare Advisory Practice where she specializes in the analysis of payer organization operations, particularly focusing on health and productivity improvement programs. In addition to her 13 years in consulting, Jackie has more than 15 years of operations experience in managing healthcare management programs.

Jackie also teams with PwC’s employer practice to analyze employers’ existing and proposed healthcare management programs. She has performed process reviews of utilization management, case management, and disease management programs for both payers and employers focusing on areas for improvement as well as performance of programs against employer contract and performance guarantee requirements.

Jackie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Georgia State University.
