Elaine Miller

Elaine is a Managing Director in the US PwC Health Industries Advisory Practice where she leads the People and Change practice in the New York market. She is also on the leadership team for the national PwC Change Management Community of Interest and serves on the Global People and Change Leadership Team.

Elaine has over twenty five years of management and consulting experience predominantly in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and insurance sectors, leading numerous projects to help clients design and implement strategically aligned change management, communication and training initiatives that build organization capabilities and improve business performance. Elaine has specific experience in stakeholder engagement and communication, organization design, program/project management, business process transformation, business risk management, change leadership and team development. Elaine is a cum laude graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where she has also performed graduate work in Dynamics of Organization.
