Craig is a Principal in PwC’s Health Industries Advisory Practice. Craig serves as the Missouri Market Healthcare Leader and the National Business Transformation/ERP Leader for the Health Industries Provider Practice. Craig focuses on hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers and other health related organizations. Craig has over 23 years of consulting experience. He has structured, planned and led multiple enterprise transformation projects focused on aligning the people, process and technology initiatives of healthcare providers more closely with strategy and vision. He is well versed in process redesign, performance improvement, multi-entity integration, governance models, systems implementation and organizational change management/cultural alignment. Craig’s certifications and professional activities include: Certified Public Accountant B.S. — Accounting, Health Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
