Brian Riewerts

Brian Riewerts is the firm’s Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Governance, Risk and Compliance leader and has an extensive background in corporate integrity agreement negotiation and independent review organization (IRO) services. Brian has overseen the development of IRO work plans and implementation timelines, identifying and resolving potential testing roadblocks.

Brian also provides management and compliance advisory services with a special emphasis on risk assessment and control process mapping and gap analysis and improvement. Brian has led numerous engagements focusing on compliance program design and implementation, litigation support, compliance and business risk assessment, compliance audit, and privacy program development.
