Brett M. Hickman

Brett Hickman is a Partner in the Health Industries Advisory Practice. Brett leads national research and design projects for care delivery models for CHF, AMI, and CAD. This includes emergency room management, pre-hospital diagnosis and door-to-balloon access. He also has extensive experience in capital and finance planning for hospitals and health systems; including system-wide and targeted planning for inpatient, outpatient and freestanding specialty projects.

Brett is a national speaker on the development of aligned incentives, partnerships and joint ventures between hospitals and physicians. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, the Indiana CPA Society, the Illinois Board of Examiners, Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, the Medical Group Management Association, the National association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Brett received his degree in Economics from DePaul University and his M.B.A. from the University of Indianapolis. He obtained his Certified Public Accountant License in 1995 and Certified Valuation Analyst Designation in 1997.
