Bill has over 25 years of healthcare consulting experience. His experience includes developing and implementing growth strategies for providers, coordinating and facilitating strategic planning initiatives for significant integrated Health Systems and safety net hospitals, and secondary care medical practices. Bill has also been involved with devising creative incentive alignment solutions between health systems, physicians, hospitals, medical schools, and implementation of hospital performance enhancement initiatives, and creation and coordination of revenue enhancement methods including feeder system improvement, market positioning and acquisition, managed care analysis, revenue cycle review, and satellite expansion. Bill led sustainable significant turnaround and transformation clients such as Grady, Jackson, Temple, East Jefferson, Bon Secours, CHE and HSHS.
