Alicia Harkness

Alicia Harkness is a Principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers and leads the firm’s Education and Academic Medical Center advisory practice.

Her professional experience includes a diverse background in business transformation initiatives, including: best practice analysis; shared services design and implementation; enterprise risk management; performance measurement and dashboarding; cost analyses focused on sustainability; grant and contract administration; and the review, design and implementation of information systems (Oracle / PeopleSoft, and SAP).

Alicia has eighteen years of experience as a systems integration consultant with BearingPoint and the predecessor company, KPMG Consulting. Throughout her career she has served the US Department of Education, the Department of Defense, state and local governments, colleges and universities, and academic medical centers. Alicia graduated from Lehigh University. She is active in her community and currently serves on the Lehigh University Board of Trustees, Western Governors University Board of Advisors, and Wolf Trap Performing Arts Center Associates Board.
