Martin Scholich is a partner and member of the managing board with PricewaterhouseCoopers AG. He studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne and obtained his MBA degree at the Eastern Illinois University, USA.
Martin Scholich joined PwC’s Corporate Finance practice in 1991 and has been leading the German Advisory practice since 2003. As a member of the Advisory European and Global Leadership Teams, he is responsible for developing and implementing the international Advisory strategy. Since July 2008 he has been responsible for the client support in the Rhine-Main area as Senior Relationship Partner for the Frankfurt office.
Martin Scholich is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Tax Advisor. He has 20 years of professional experience in business enterprise valuation and advising clients on transactions. His areas of expertise cover the advising on equity transactions, supporting initial public offerings, implementing value based management systems, portfolio management and innovation.
He advises several DAX 30-companies as well as a number of middle market companies and Private Equity clients in the Rhine-Main area.
For some years, he has been lecturing on valuation subjects at Justus-Liebig University Gießen.
He is the (co-)author of several publications about valuation and innovation issues.
