Investment management

In recent years the investment management industry in the Czech Republic has developed dynamically with the continuously increasing confidence of Czech investors in investment products. After the EU accession the supply of investment products offered by international players has enlarged the existing product offering considerably, which is particularly true for the mutual fund business. While sizeable volumes of investments have been channelled to both discretionary and advisory asset management providers, another boost for the pension fund management business is expected to be coming with the launch of contemplated pension reform.
